Walnut Creek Curfew

Walnut Creek enforces a curfew for minors and people with a provisional driver's license.

Minors (under age 18)

• Sunday to Thursday, 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Friday and Saturday, 12 a.m. (midnight) to 5 a.m.

Drivers with a provisional license

You are not allowed to drive between 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. unless an adult over 25 with a valid driver's license is in the vehicle.
