211 Contra Costa County

Free 24-hour information and referral helpline:

  • Dial 2-1-1 from any phone to request help on Homeless Services, or
  • Text “HOPE” to 20121
  • Live chat on the 211 Contra Costa website

This free and confidential service is available 24/7. Nearly 700 agencies and organizations contribute to provide more than 1,600 services and programs to County residents.

Trinity Center

Trinity Center is a non-residential program serving homeless and working poor adult men and women in Walnut Creek and Central Contra Costa County.

White Pony Express

White Pony Express provides food and other items like clothing and toys to people in need.
